Erin Silver

Erin currently serves in the U.S. Air Force as an IMA Researcher. She was previously active duty Air Force before leaving to pursue her Bachelor and Master's degrees. Erin later re-enlisted in the Air Force Reserves in 2010 and served in multiple capacities as a Career Assistance Advisor. While in this role, she realized that leaving the military often meant losing your identity and not knowing what to do once you put your uniform away.

Erin's podcast is focused on helping military members who are close to retirement or separation, or who have already left the military, navigate everything the civilian world has to offer.
